Return Process

Authorise your return through buy contacting us through the Contact Us page or calling us on 01788 550000, you will be given a return number.

Safely wrap the item in its original packaging, clearly marking your return number on a separate sheet.
Send the item back to our warehouse at:

Once received, our team will commence processing your return.

Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your order for the refund to be processed.

Returning an Unwanted Item

Unwanted items cannot be returned after 30 days from the receipt of goods.

If you choose to return an unwanted item:

Ensure the item is undamaged and unmarked.
Arrange a courier service for the return; we recommend using a recorded mail service.
The cost of returning unwanted items is at your own expense.

Returning a Faulty or Damaged Item

Damaged items cannot be returned after 30 days from the receipt of goods.

In the case of damaged items:

You may be required to provide photographs of the damaged items.
Do not initiate the returns process until you have informed us of the damage.
