How Will My Order Be Sent Out?

Courier Delivery

For parcel deliveries, we utilize a reliable courier service. The standard parcel service timeframe is estimated to be between 1-3 working days. We offer options for next day, day-specific, and Saturday delivery (available for UK Mainland only). Each item undergoes careful packaging and is dispatched from our warehouse to our courier for efficient distribution.

Pallet Delivery

Larger items may require pallet service. The standard pallet service timeframe is estimated to be between 2-5 working days. Similar to parcel delivery, we provide options for next day, day-specific, and Saturday delivery (available for UK Mainland only). Upon processing your order, our courier will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date. Please note that our standard pallet service delivers to the kerbside, and couriers cannot move pallets or goods inside the property.

Next Day: £18.50

Saturday: £25.00

Free Delivery

Orders exceeding £1000 qualify for free standard delivery (UK Mainland). Please note that this offer is not available for Next Day, Day Specific, Pre 12pm Day Specific, or Saturday deliveries.

Can I Collect My Order Instead?

Normally no as our deliveries may come from multiple locations, so please call us on 01788 550000 before placing your order.

Remote Delivery

Residents in designated remote areas may incur additional delivery charges. If you are uncertain about your location, please contact our customer services team at info@buypeplink.com.

International Shipping

Further Information

Free Standard Delivery is available for most UK locations on orders over £1000 (excluding some exclusions).

Delivery charges include VAT and will be displayed before order confirmation based on your postcode and order size.

Next Working Day orders must be placed by 12 noon and are subject to stock availability.
